Meet Chad Brockway, our new Sales Strategist who might not have superpowers (yet!), but if he could, he’d definitely choose the ability to teleport—imagine the commute savings! When he’s not dreaming of interdimensional travel, Chad is plotting his next big European adventure with his wife—one of his top three wishes, alongside a bottomless supply of cold beer and, naturally, world peace.
His work life started as a line cook in high school, proving that he’s been flipping things—whether it’s burgers or sales figures—for quite some time. Chad’s go-to karaoke song? Still a mystery, but he’s known to bust a move to “Everybody at the Bar Getting Tipsy,” which may or may not be his favorite recent jam.
Outside of the office, Chad is all about indulging in “The Bear” (yes, the show, not the actual bear), cheering on his Denver Broncos, and perfecting his smile—his one indispensable skill that he believes everyone should master. When retirement rolls around, he plans to kick back with that cold beer he’s always ordering and reminisce about his high-energy days.
Fun fact: Chad once attempted to juggle flaming torches at a charity event—though his hidden talent for keeping a smile through chaos might be even more impressive. His favorite dining spot? Anywhere with a good vibe and a great cold beer—preferably equipped with the latest Eaton Marketing gear.
In five years, Chad sees himself still making waves in sales and enjoying life’s adventures, while his advice to his younger self would be simple: “Listen and Train.” Because, as Chad knows, success often comes with a well-timed smile and a bit of good-natured fun.

Chad Brockway joined Eaton Marketing in 2021, drawn by its family-owned ethos and the opportunity to work with great people. With a rich background spanning 39 years in the foodservice industry, Chad brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record as a top-level Operations Director. He is known for his hands-on leadership, exceptional results, and dedication to developing talent.
At Eaton Marketing, Chad thrives on the company’s “Work Hard, Play Harder” culture, where open communication fosters a collaborative environment. He finds particular satisfaction in helping food and beverage operators discover solutions to enhance their profitability. One of his most notable projects has been the Island Swim Up Bar, showcasing his ability to tackle exciting and innovative challenges.
Chad’s career began at age 14, washing dishes at a country club, and has since evolved through various roles, including part-owner of a restaurant. His goal is to create win-win, long-term solutions for clients, leveraging his skills and experience to drive growth and efficiency in the foodservice industry.
Outside of his professional life, Chad is passionate about staying abreast of technological advancements in foodservice equipment and exploring new ways to impact cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor for operators. His unique blend of common sense, organizational prowess, and problem-solving skills continues to make a significant impact at Eaton Marketing.
