Rick has over 20 plus years of kitchen experience. He started he career in a small Southern Restaurant in Statesboro, GA while attending Georgia Southern for Engineering. He loved cooking so much that he decided to change majors and schools to pursue Culinary. He has worked in hotels, resorts, fine dinning and independent restaurants. He thoroughly enjoys making the customers feel like family when they come into the kitchen and loves getting to see how excited they get when they are testing the equipment. When he is not in the kitchen, you can find him spending time watching his son wrestle, on the water with his daughter while she sails or at a concert with his wife.
