Christopher’s journey began with a high school job that set the stage for his diverse career. Though he once aspired to be in the music industry, he discovered his true passion in the culinary world. Outside of work, he’s passionate about traveling, soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoying live music, and discovering new restaurants and bars while making friends alon the way. He also loves delving into history and art museums, and while fishing isn’t a frequent pastime, he treasured it when He has and talks about going often….

With nearly 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chris Boyce is a seasoned professional who has continuously evolved alongside the ever-changing landscape of the culinary world. Currently serving as a West Coast Sale Rep at Eaton, Boyce brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse background in both front-of-house operations and culinary excellence.
Beginning their career at 19 as a host at a corporate restaurant, Boyce quickly progressed through various roles including server, bartender, and trainer. This early experience laid a strong foundation for a deep understanding of restaurant operations, which was further enriched by culinary school. Their passion for cooking was solidified during a notable stage in NYC and subsequent roles at local establishments, including a prestigious tasting menu restaurant in their hometown and renowned venues such as Mistral and Elements in Princeton, NJ.
As a Chef, Boyce demonstrated a commitment to culinary innovation and excellence, leading them to roles such as Chef in Philadelphia restaurants, Boutique Catering Company, and private event dinners. Their experience also includes working as a Chef Representative in Philadelphia, where they honed their skills in equipment solutions and industry trends.
Boyce is particularly proud of their ability to pivot within the industry, adapting to new challenges and opportunities. They are deeply committed to building strong relationships with dealers, end users, and their network to provide effective equipment solutions and support.
