Meet David Douglas, an avid disc golf enthusiast and volunteer board member for his local disc golf club. When he’s not on the course, David enjoys spending time at the shooting range, honing his skills and embracing the outdoors. His love for nature often leads him and his fiancé to explore national parks, where they indulge in the beauty of the wilderness and discover local culinary delights. David believes in living authentically and brings that same passion to both his hobbies and his professional life.
My entire career has been deeply rooted in the foodservice industry, spanning 19 years of diverse and hands-on experience. It all began when I first stepped into the fast-paced world of restaurant operations at the ripe age of 16, where I held virtually every role on the operations side of the business, from behind the line to behind the pine. This journey has given me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of my clients, allowing me to offer solutions that are both practical and innovative. In April 2021, I transitioned into restaurant equipment sales, a move that felt like a natural progression in my career. Now, with Eaton Marketing, I work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them find the right equipment to enhance their operations and customer experience. Of all the product categories we represent, bar equipment is my favorite, as it allows me to combine my industry knowledge with my passion for creating spaces that elevate the customer experience. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is staying ahead of industry trends, especially in sustainability and technology, and bringing those insights to my clients. Whether it’s helping a new bar find the perfect setup or ensuring a restaurant has the latest and most efficient equipment, I’m committed to helping my clients succeed.
