Meet Kelli Flowers: a dedicated wife, sports enthusiast, and part-time lake lounger. Married to her husband Jeff since 2005—who moonlights as the beer specialist at Eaton Marketing—Kelli is a true Tampa Bay sports aficionado. She and Jeff are practically permanent fixtures at Rays games, cheering on their team with unwavering enthusiasm.
When she’s not supporting her favorite baseball team, Kelli is on the sidelines of her grandson Weston’s games. This budding baseball star is the pride and joy of her weekends, with Kelli and Jeff always in the stands.
Life on Lake Tarpon is a weekend ritual for Kelli. Saturday afternoons are reserved for floating on the lake, soaking up the sun, and enjoying a cold beverage.
A self-proclaimed fan of “The Voice,” Kelli also has a soft spot for travel, with Savannah, GA being their go-to getaway for those much-needed long weekends. And let’s not forget her Olympic obsession—whether it’s summer or winter, Kelli’s heart beats for Team USA!

Since joining Eaton Marketing in 1994, Kelli Flowers has brought a wealth of experience and dedication to every role she has undertaken. Beginning her career in distribution with a focus on the ice manufacturing sector, Kelli quickly transitioned to sales, working closely with refrigeration companies and foodservice dealers. Her next role as a school specialist allowed her to forge meaningful relationships with clients and manufacturers alike.
Kelli’s journey continued with a shift to managing quotes across various company divisions, and she now leads the IQ Team as its Director. Despite holding a degree in Childhood Education from Jacksonville University, Kelli found her passion within the family business rather than in the classroom. Her deep love for working with her family and her diverse experience across Eaton Marketing highlight her commitment and expertise in the industry.
