Meet Kevin Dillon
I am a dedicated father of two kids and one dog, and we love spending our time exploring theme parks and enjoying the beach. Music has been a big part of my life—I’ve been playing guitar and bass since I was a teenager. When I’m not making music, I love to fish and ride my bike on the weekends, enjoying the outdoors and finding balance in life’s simple pleasures.
I began my professional journey in 2009 as a restaurant equipment installer, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the industry. In 2012, I transitioned to Eaton Marketing, where I started as an estimator, creating quotes for our dealers. My dedication and understanding of the business quickly led to a promotion to Outside Sales after just one year. Over the next decade, I honed my skills in client relations, sales strategies, and market analysis. This growth paved the way for my current role as a Business Development Manager, where I now focus on expanding our market presence and fostering long-term business relationships
