Meet Rachel Saraceno

In 2023, Rachel achieved a significant milestone by purchasing her first home, dedicating her weekends to a variety of improvement projects that enhance her living space. Alongside these home endeavors, she adopted a German Shorthaired Pointer named Cricket, who joins her at the office most days and enjoys long walks on a local nature trail in the evenings.

Rachel has a diverse range of interests, including antiquing, relaxing on the beach, and attending live music events. She has a particular fondness for country music, with Morgan Wallen and Chris Stapleton among her favorite artists. You might also find her enjoying the atmosphere at a special spot called Welcome to the Farm in St. Pete—just don’t tell anyone you saw her there!

Additionally, Rachel holds a scuba diving license and has explored the waters around the Florida Keys on several memorable trips. On Sundays, she attends church and looks forward to family dinners that follow. Rachel treasures spending quality time with family and friends and unwinds after a busy day with a few episodes of Criminal Minds.

Rachel joined Eaton Marketing in 2022 as an Estimator, where she plays a crucial role in quoting for key accounts throughout the South Florida market. Her professional background spans seven years in corporate retail, including three years as a key-holding lead, during which she developed strong people and time management skills. Rachel is known for her collaborative spirit and creativity, thriving on working closely with her teammates to devise innovative solutions and strategies that drive success.

Currently, Rachel is actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, further enhancing her expertise and commitment to her field. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has made a significant impact by curating the Women in Foodservice Luncheon with the support of Eaton’s Leadership Team. This inspiring event celebrates and honors the achievements of women in the foodservice industry, fostering a vibrant and supportive community while reflecting Rachel’s dedication to her profession and advocacy for women’s advancement.
