Meet Randy Souza
Outside of work, I’ve been happily married to my after high school sweetheart, Robyn, for over 30 years. We’re the proud parents of three wonderful children—Kelsey, Keaton, and Kenzie—and the proud owners of the coolest dog, Lilo. My favorite pastimes include traveling with my family, cooking (especially on my collection of four different grills and smokers), and enjoying rounds of golf with great friends. With a lifelong career in the foodservice industry, I’ve gained extensive experience across all facets of the field—from front-of-house roles to back-of-house operations, and management. Since 1999, I’ve served as a Manufacturer Representative at Eaton Marketing, and in 2012, Robyn and I, as well as, our brother, sister and spouses proudly became owners of Eaton Marketing. My passion for this vibrant industry remains unwavering, and what I value most are the lifelong friendships I’ve cultivated along the way.
