Meet Robyn Souza
I met my husband, Randy, while working as a hostess at my first restaurant job, where he was a server. We’ve been happily married since 1993 and have three wonderful children: Kelsey, Keaton, and Kenzie. Our family also includes our beloved dog, Lilo. Over the years, we’ve lived in various cities across Florida, including Clearwater, Ft. Lauderdale, and for the past 17 years, Orlando. My greatest joy comes from traveling with my family or simply spending quality time with our kids. I am an avid sports fan with a particular passion for the Olympics and all Tampa Bay Teams
From my earliest childhood memories, I recall my dad’s work as a Manufacturers Rep in the Foodservice Industry, where he would flip over restaurant chairs to identify their origins. This early exposure to the world of business sparked a curiosity in me, but I chose a different path after graduating High School. I pursued a career in fashion, starting with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. My journey began as a Department Manager. After the birth of my first daughter, I transitioned to a role in the Finance Department, which allowed me to enjoy weekends with my family. I retired in 2002 after my son was born and embraced the role of a full-time stay-at-home mom. In 2012, my siblings and I, along with our spouses, acquired Eaton Marketing from our parents. This transition allowed me to contribute part-time from home, assisting with administrative tasks related to commissions, travel and other needs.
